Who am I?
I’m Lisa Gornick, a filmmaker, performer, and artist. My work spans award-winning feature films like Do I Love You? and Tick Tock Lullaby to live drawing shows that blend real-time illustration with powerful narratives.
The live drawing shows like Lisa Gornick Regrets and the cross platform project around the feature film, The Book of Gabrielle, offer a unique experience where the audience becomes part of the creative process, witnessing art and story unfold simultaneously.
Whether through a film, a drawing, or a live show, my goal is to engage deeply with audiences, sparking conversations that matter.
Currently, I'm preparing two new live drawing shows: one for the Royal College of Nursing about Climate Change and the nursing profession and a new one hour show about drinking and stopping called, Drawing on the Bottle, starting its 2025 life at The Camden People’s Theatre, April 17-19.
I’m running drawing workshops for The Royal College of Nursing and The Camden People’s Theatre. I love exploring the joy of drawing with others.
I invite you to join me—whether you're interested in a workshop, a collaboration, or just a conversation about my work. Let’s draw, connect, and create together.
